8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BELLARIVIA LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

• Arbitration: Any dispute not resolved through negotiation or mediation shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre in accordance with its rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Hong Kong in the English language.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Changes to Terms
